The AI Mirror (「AI资治通鉴」) is a Chinese-language video channel that dissects how real companies succeed — and fail — with AI. No tool reviews, no hype cycles: each episode reconstructs one case.
The method is borrowed from classical Chinese historiography: reconstruct the facts and their sources, grade every key claim by evidence, then close with a verdict — a clear, falsifiable judgment that decision-makers can actually use.
Episodes will publish on YouTube, with a companion email newsletter carrying the full case files.
